bakingsheet: Crispy, Roasted Brussels Sprouts

We tried this recipe for Roasted Brussels Sprouts on Wednesday. Delicious! Easy to make, kind of like fries without the frying.

It’s a keeper. I dashed a little paprika in the preparation.

bakingsheet: Crispy, Roasted Brussels Sprouts.

Mixed in olive oil, a bit of salt, pepper, and paprika.

I paired it with a spicy cucumber salad and salmon.

Give it a shot, you’re sure to like.

    I am going to have to try that. I need to eat more veggies and I actually like Brussel Sprouts but never make them because Tom doesn’t like them. But i found roasted veggies have a better flavor than steamed.
